Common questions · Who provides the service
How can I tell whether I am dealing with an agent or an operator?
Coverage across many regions can be a clue to a sales or brand-management role, but it does not prove that the organisation is not also an operator.
A stronger method is to check the ticket, contract or service standard: who sells to you, who provides the on-site service, who provides the aircraft and flight, and whose licence applies.
A company name, registered province or national coverage is not enough on its own. We name a role only when evidence connects the entity to the specific site; otherwise it remains unconfirmed.
