Is buying through an agent necessarily bad?
No. China’s interim rules expressly contemplate a charter-skydiving structure in which an aviation business cooperates with an agent. The actual arrangement still needs appropriate agreements, disclosures and consumer protection.
What matters is whether the site, seller, on-site provider, flight provider and complete price are clear before payment and can be checked later.
