Can I take my own phone or camera on the aircraft?
Usually not. Many operators require loose personal items to be stored before boarding because a dropped object can endanger people in the aircraft and on the ground.
If you want footage, choose an available camera option such as instructor hand-cam or an outside camera flyer. Availability and rules must be confirmed for the site.
